Our corporate office in Dallas supports seven Vicostone locations and a dealer and distribution network across the South and Midwest.

Job description:

Vicostone USA is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated marketing assistant to join our team in Dallas. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing, skilled in graphic design, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary customer service representative for visitors to our Dallas showroom.
• Package and ship daily sample orders placed on our website and requested by other Vicostone locations.
• Assist in creative content production for social media, our website, and print media.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
• Support promotional events and trade shows.
• Help answer phones, respond to emails, organize inventory, maintain a clean showroom, and other daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant or similar role.
• Graphic design skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Accountable, reliable, and willing to work well in a team under tight deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Additional requirements:

• Travel up to 25% for event support and industry meetups.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time while guiding visitors through the showroom and answering product questions.
• Rotating Saturdays in Dallas showroom (9 a.m.-12 p.m.).
